Pole dancing is the fastest growing industry in the exercise and fitness world. There is a reason for this, women love it! You can burn up to 500 calories per hour and you feel very sexy. Unlike working out at the gym, pole dancing is addictive, there is nothing boring or tedious about taking a pole dancing class. Women come to classes for many reasons. Often in life women experience divorce, illness and many other life changing challenges which can totally destroy their self confidence and self worth. I teach them how to develop self esteem and self confidence in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I teach them that regaining their self esteem and self confidence should be a fun process. I know though my beliefs and passion for teaching women new skills in how to change their lives is the very reason why I have been very successful.
