We have already submitted our business plan with our local lender and have run across the need for 30 percent down on our SBA loan request of $215,000.00 which will be $64,500.00. Once this is used for the down payment, we can receive our $215,000.00 to start the business. The start up will include lease, plumber and electrician cost and payment on our equipment. Once these are paid, work will be started and we can open our business in about 2 months.
