Description:
I seek an angel interested in investing in a shop for automotive repair in Billings Montana. The shop is on a main thorough way averaging 10,000 plus traffic flow daily with about 3700 people in every square mile near the shop, and across the tracks the main downtown business region is a target area. I am nearing completion for opening but still require needed funding. Having invested $48,000 plus for signage, equipment, electrical, etc., I seek an investor for $40,000 with equity basis, equipment leaseback, joint venture, equipment financing, growth funding or financing suitable for the business needs. The shop has obtained $36,000 in equipment and even a $20,000 equipment or secured financing loan would afford the shop to prosper and earn substantial benefits in the future, but I seek $40,000. Projections estimate the first year should bring in approximately $360,000, and by the third year over 1.2 million gross revenues.
A traditional bank has afforded limited credit, but not adequate for the business needs. The Giant Hospitality Group company could vouch for my ability and background, as well as honesty. The shop is already open since May 26, slowly building customers and profit, but funds due to Code Enforcement have dwindled where I am at the bottom. Fliers, personal communications, is slowly building clientele and possible fleet work, like Coca-cola and other companies, to help build the business are being set forth. A web site is operating at (URL removed). The business of automotive in Billings is a prosperous entrepreneur dream and I know well, being of that background, the business will succeed if I can meet necessary funding for the required intake-exhaust code enforcement requires, and some for running capital, at minimum.
A 3-4 bay shop in Billings averages $500,000 to $1,000,000 yearly gross revenues and the shop I am setting up, expecting to open near the end of this month, has 8 bays and I figure will average near the $1,000,000 within the third year, if not sooner. Majority of auto shops in Billings have a back log of 3-5 days due to the amount of people needing auto repairs. Because the automotive field in Montana is prosperous, I seek in the future to open up other shops and franchise. The funds sought now will cover code enforcement HVAC exhaust/intake system, some additional equipment and running capital to afford progressive growth to achieve the goals. I have a completed business proposal drafted I can send if you are interested. My email is: (URL removed). If you might be interested in a sound investment, for the auto field in Billings is strong and shops are filled, I look to do business with you.
Sincerely,
Gustav Skurdal
