Description: BUSINESS SUMMARY and OVERVIEW - Vigilant Solutions, LLC - which we refer to as V-S, is a Jacksonville Beach, FL based business which is the second largest among the three certified private sector participants in the Transportation Security Administra-tion’s Registered Traveler (RT) program. This program qualifies a pool of “registered travelers” utilizing “smart-card” (RFID/Biometrics) technology so that they may enjoy the saved time benefits of being a pre-screened participant. This then enables members to skip the existing long security lines and access designated airport security “fast lanes” at 23 (and growing) participating airports nationwide including, San Francisco, Los An-geles, Orlando, Atlanta, NYC, Denver and Jacksonville. In addition to the RT program available at the aforementioned “participating” airports, V-S also offers a Preferred Trav-eler (PT) program at V-S’s two sponsored airports (Jacksonville, FL and Gulfport-Biloxi, MS) and was just awarded its third Airport, Louisville, KY, which is expected to become operational during the 4th quarter of 2008. V-S’s PT program differentiates itself from the competition by adding a suite of value-added services and benefits to the traveler. V-S plans to initially derive the bulk of its revenue and profits from the Aviation Market first and foremost by taking advantage of the RT programs accelerated growth where V-S clearly is the second largest provider. V-S’s membership growth will be achieved both from capturing more airports as well as through key strategic alliances which will provide another key channel to drive market penetration and share By offering its PT member-ships to corporations, business travelers and consumers as well as offering the Nations Airports its suite of security services, V-S believes the pressure to comply with emerging Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) standards will continue to drive market adoption. V-S has also developed a pro-prietary software platform called Event Visualization Platform (EVP), which has become recognized as a best-in-class solution for a variety of clients in different industries. This market space is one that is dominated by large, expensive systems integrators, who are not fluid enough to react and adapt to the unique business needs of a true cross depart-ment application. V-S provides a fast and accurate method of obtaining valuable infor-mation. By implementing need based maintenance schedules, and by identifying usage patterns and the need for better training, significant cost savings and efficiencies can be achieved by V-S’s clients.
