We are a Dairy farm that has 650 hra in one of the most beatiful places of panama. The farm is located in Volcan (Cuesta de Piedra). The price per square metter in the area is around 3 to 5 dollars making an hectare price arount 30,000 to 50,000 per ha. We are trying to get investors to build a stronger and bigger farm and also we want to build a Dairy processor plant to sell milk in the country. Our bigges asset is the farm we have a shortage of liquidity and we are trying to find people interested in this type of business. Our farm is free of mortgages and has no debt on it, but we do not want to adquire a debt if we have the asset. In the future we are planning a real estate development in the farm, but due that the boom is not concentrated in the area we are waiting that the real estat
