- EL FESTIVAL -
OUR DINNER-SHOW-RESTURANT and CONVENTION CENTER will be located strategically between
MONTEVIDEO and luxurious PUNTA DEL ESTE.
Uruguay is a safe and stable democracy and it's banking system is ranked as on of the bests worldwide. The country stands out for its political and social stability, and reliable institutions. Uruguayan economy has reported an annual average growth of 5% over the past decade.
The demand for touristic enterprises is increasing:
Uruguay rose 4 places by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA).
260 + cruise liners visit the cities of Montevideo and the luxurious Punta del Este each year.
El Festival will be perfect to accomodate both - convention & congress guests and dinner-show-restaurant guests.
El Festival offers a 2.5 hr vibrant show with local and international professional musicians, dancers and singers.
A delicious five-course dinner will be served during the show, and of course that includes the beer and the fabulous wines from the region.

from one or multiple investors.
IN RETURN WE OFFER 5 % INTEREST PLUS 20 % PROFIT SHARING
proportionally to the investment sum.
El Festival will be open Fridays and Saturdays for regular dinner-shows for up to 1,000 guests and during the week and Sundays with flexible hours for cruise liner guests.
