My name is Gregory Street. I am an experienced (12 years) property manager with properties from 56-100 units. I have excellent management skills, administration skills, maintenance skills, people skills and landscaping skills. I get the job done. over the last two years, I have been reading books and listening to CDs regarding purchasing, evaluating, negotiating sales price, due diligence and other related topics. Also, I have been to a few properties to evaluate them, talked to owners and brokers, and even did a Purchase and Sale Agreement on one property. However, that purchase did not finalize because I did not have the funding to close the deal. I am looking for an Investor and/or Partner who will provide the funding needed for the purchase of a 100-150 unit apartment complex. I know that together, WE WILL SUCCEED.
