My goal is to build and operate a senior living community in Live Oak Florida. This community will be in conjunction with an existing 180 bed skilled nursing facility that I manage. The proposed senior living community will be built on 60 acres located across the street from a Walmart Super Center and 1/2 mile from I-10. The funding requested would help finance the first phase of this development which will be an 11,000 square foot assisted living facility which will generate approximately a 19 percent return on investment.
