we are a restaurant/cafe w a menu consisting of both average and hi end food products (all natural burgers and wings, organic spring mix for our salads and also filet mignon, grouper, salmon, ahi tuna etc. we also make our own fried green tomatoes, onion rings, dressings and we offer a nice selection of beer and wine)(URL removed) are entering our 7th wk of operation and our customers are raving about our food and the design (which includes a deck w a water view). Our problem is that we have a size-able amount of equity in the land we own & yet we are unable to tap into (URL removed)d 6 months to get the message out and to develop a client base. when we first came up w the idea we figured in everything. the only thing we could not have foreseen is the current economy & banking scenario. we have something really special here that can turn into a franchise quite easily. just need start up time. we are not new to the business and actually own a profitable food establishment a mile away.
