Description:
I am a professional stand up comedian. I also book comedy shows in New Orleans and the Gulf South region. I have been looking for a location to open as a comedy club in New Orleans and was approaced by the current owner of a venue that I book shows at. He is retiring soon and wants me to buy his place and turn into a full time comedy club.
The location has been a succesful family owned salon, resturaunt and night club for 70 years. It has a hugh built in patron base and comes with everything in place and operating. Liquor license, ins and video poker machines and food service. It is also New Orleans most succesful comedy venue. The location is second to none as it is on one of the busiest blvd. in the city, high visability and trafic.
His asking price is a steal at $130,000.
