Description:
My partner and I are starting a new brand of 24 hour fitness centers in the Southeast. We have more than adequate experience, and very profitable projected financials. We have a site selected with favorable demographics, and we are ready to sign a building lease, so we are looking for funding rather quickly. If interested, please contact me for further information.
