halfGray creates [ web ] solutions. halfGray takes an untraditional approach to what a web company should be. Our primary revenue stream comes from within the company, with outside clients as our secondary revenue source.
halfGray is currently implementing our initial foundation (2-3 months), which is followed by our phase 1 marketing and development. We will be moving from LLC to INC during this period.
We are currently seeking an angel investor to fund our final 6 months of development (20-50k). After this period we will nolonger require outside funding. The investor can select to receive an exit return during the summer of 2010 or a small percentage of the company.
We have spent 2 years in planning and exploration, self funded, showing minor profits.
