Currently involved in single family and multi-family commercial properties in the Harris and Montgomery Co area of South Texas. We are currently buying short sale and foreclosed properties to rehab, hold/lease and resale. We are looking to expand our staff and property volume. At present our lines of credit are being withdrawn or limited by the banks such as what is happening at WAMU. We are looking for higher deal flow and would like to use private funding exclusively from now on to cut down on closing time. We are also looking to acquire 4 to 5 apartment complexes over the next 18 months and need additional capital for the acquisition costs.
