Description:
The company was founded by two future New York and Canadian Lawyers who had aspirations of breaking into the real estate market. We are looking at purchasing commercial real estate buildings that currently are vacant, finding tenants for the buildings and then refinacing with the banks to get small payput amounts as well as ownership of the real estate.
