Dream Home Cabinetry started in 2005 as Custom Woodworking by Greg Porter. Greg had worked in several custom kitchen shops throughout Ontario for about four years and during this time learned a lot about what goes into a quality kitchen. He also gained a lot of exposure to and experience in all aspects of the kitchen business including designing, manufacturing and installing.
When Greg decided to go out on his own, the company started small in a three bay car garage with a few tools and a vision. The business started to grow. Eventually, as the business and the workload grew, Greg was joined by his father, Terry, who brought an extra pair of hands and increased efficency with him. Some new tools were purchased that allowed Greg and Terry to continually produce a better product.
In 2007, Custom Woodworking outgrew it's humble location and a new location was purchased in Palmerston, Ontario. With this new move, we established a new name. Thus, Dream Home Cabinetry was born.
Dream Home Cabinetry is a small Custom Cabinetry Manufacturing company based in Palmerston,Ontario. The Company's goal is to produce top-quality products to all customers on time and on budget. We work hard to further improve our product and offer a vast variety of products and materials, including bamboo, cherry, maple, and oak. Under sink tipout trays and full extension metabox drawers are standard in any kitchens we do and tandem blumotion (soft close) are available at the customer's request. Our small team of four people helps us to be meticulous in our workmanship.
