Description:
To whom it may concern, I am looking for an angel that is sports minded and wants to give a great indoor sport training experiance! This facility would have 3 basketball/volleyball courts (50x84) with capability of running youth tournements. 4 baseball/fast pitch softball casges, with an additional cage for pitching and batting training. And 2 sport simulators for year round indoor golfing and sport training as well. After a long search for an exsisting building, I have come across land avilable. It is in a TIF area with other investors looking to build in area. With youth clubs growing at a fast rate, training and court time is at a large demand. If this is of any interest too you please call or e-mail me for mor information. Thank You for your time. Greg Olson.
