Description:
We intend to leverage our internal data warehouse of over $25+ million dollars worth of document images consisting of all of the property recording documents in California going back to 2003. This product will provide general index lookups (referred to as “Title Chains”) and associated document images. We have all of the document images since 2003 in the 6 major Southern California Counties, and many of the Northern California Counties. This will allow our customers to use our service for all of their needs going back to 2003, which will serve the current distressed property market which is almost 30% of all the property data purchased today.
