Description:
Please allow me to introduce myself and my company. My name is Greg Kennebeck and I founded ProMed Solutions, Inc. in 2011, with my business partner, Jon Montelone. Between the two of us we have over 30 years of experience selling and servicing new and used medical equipment here in Southern California and around the world. We sublet an office in Los Alamitos, in which we use approximately 1500 sq ft. of mix use space which includes a decent sized warehouse, showroom and two offices.
We are looking for an individual to offer either a loan/line of credit so that we can take advantage of opportunities to purchase good quality and highly desirable used medical lasers, c-arms and ultrasound equipment. The global refurbished medical equipment market size is currently worth over $8 Billion USD and will be $38 Billion by 2021 and is expected to register a CAGR of Over 9.7% by 2026 (cited by- (URL removed))
ProMed Solutions, Inc is a small yet profitable company, with very little debt. The current debt we are servicing equals to about $24k. More financials are available upon request.
We are currently working with a private individual that loans money on occasion when he has the cash to do so. These loans range anywhere between $10k-$30k and are typically run about 10% APR but sometimes are structured as profit sharing when the product sells which can lead to higher returns. Either way the deal is structured that he owns the asset until it is sold. Another opportunity for our potential lender is to offer financing of equipment to to medical practices.
It is just myself and Jon here at ProMed Solutions, Inc but we are honest hard working people and are in business because we stand behind our products and services. We are very disciplined and willing to grow at a steady pace.
Please send me an e-mail, (URL removed), or give me a call on my cell phone, (Phone # removed), if you are intrigued and would be interested in learning more about us, our company and/or examples on how we can all make money together.
Brokers need not to reply.
I look forward to speaking with you.
Best Regards,
Greg Kennebeck
