Description:
Looking to start up a child care facility in the best part of London, Ontario (at the core of the city) across from London Life and TD Bank towers. Have secured 2200 square feet of space at the corner of Wellington and Queen and now require start up capital to: hire qualified/certified child care workers to implement program, pay for renovations, materials, and lease. Available space for 20 children only, keeping the service in demand and reserved for only the most serious of clients (ie. employees of London Life who appreciate the fact that they can drop off their kids literally across the street from where they work, with the convenience of lunch time visits/program participation and eas of access after work to pick them up and head home together). Simnply put, 20 kids, $40/day with meal program, average of 20 days per month= $16,000 monthly revenue. Less lease and operational costs (yet to be determined): can't be all that bad :)
