With over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience, owning and operating my own construction co. for 10 years, I bring alot to the table for experience. Hard money lenders are one avenue but better terms and options are available with capital to invest. Tulsa's sales activity is one of the leading markets in the country today with one of the lowest unemployment rating (6.4) in the country. We didn't adhere to the increase in residential values in 2008 near like some areas did, hence steady is good.
