Description:
I anticipate on starting to develop a 32 townhome site in the North Georgia mountains where the growth is exploding and the setting is a mountain tourist setting. It is growing because retirees are coming from Florida to get out of the hurricane problems, and they want to be in the mountains or by the water. And this town is really taking off. It currently has no apartments or townhomes and I have spoken with the community development manager, and she said they need something like this very bad. People are wanting to come to the area, and some are looking for townhomes instead of homes with property.
