The Company that is begining is merely a shadow corporation geared tward owning and operating several other buisness ventures. If these other buisnesses become successful I intend to make them open for public trade and buy-outs.
As of now, My main focus is the lapsed real-estate market. While it has become a buyers market to extremes, I believe there is still more money to be made then lost. And I have a need for solid investors to help with flipping and rehabing.
Of course the over-all goal here is to make money and be able to take care of debts and become an investor myself.
Of course starting up hasn't been easy at all. most people I speak with have worked hard all their life in a 9-5 investing only into a 401k. Obviously I haven't been speaking with the right people.
