Michael, we have been mortgage brokers for a long time ((URL removed)) and during this time have done extensive private lending on behalf of investors. We have been careful and have done very well for our investors. We formed our own small partnership in December and 2007 and are rolling over our seconds in a very continuous and very fast way. Our private mortgages are lasting 3 months or less on average. we require 100,000 in 4 chunks of 25,000. We are flexible.
There are 2 key issues to know:
(1) We have a proven track record and know what we are doing.
(2) We have the utmost respect for our clients/investors and we view it is a win-win situation.
We have an excellent reputation.
