Very briefly, we consolidate all of the manuals, warranties,and preventive maintenance requirements for all of the important equipment on the boat, into an easy to understand profile available 24/7 on the VesselVanguard® website. The brains of VesselVanguard® is a notification engine which automatically generates email Task Alerts based on hours of use and days of use, and sends those Alerts to the owner and their boat-yard or contractor. VesselVanguard® is designed to benefit not just the owner, but all who touch the boat through the sales, service, and after sale relationship.
We believe that Vessel Vanguard will revolutionize the way that manufacturers, dealers, contractors and owners deal with the complexities of yacht maintenance and that a subscription to our service will, in a few years, become a standard in the industry. In our first year of operation with a bare bones operating budget, we have received strong support from a number of leading boat manufacturers such as Beneteau, Brunswick (numerous brands), Grand Banks, Princess/Viking and others. We are now seeking additional capital to accelerate market expansion.
