I have been in the beauty industry for 25 years and am trying to open the Advanced Cosmetology Institute in conjunction with Nirvana Salon and Spa. I will be doing apprenticeship completions, classroom training and business management courses. We will be pulling our students from the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority and will be abel to get over 300 women into the industry, as tax paying adults.
