A clinical laboratory limited liability corporation that was started a year ago in Garland Texas. The company's target market are nursing homes, long term care hospitals, rehabilatation centers, dialysis center, physician's clinic, home health care services and a direct access testing. The company started with one home health care service to currently more than 30 home health care services and increasing clients. We currentlyserve one nursing home center with 180 bed capacity. We believe that 3 to 5 more nursing home to be our clients will be the turning point of our company fro negative cash flows to profitability. We also believe that the current incrrease in the number of baby boomers will be the right condition to our market.
Our problem is the marketing portion of the business. We have a marketing plan in place to penetrate the market but financial situation put us behind the curve.. We currently outsource our marketing for the home care services and clinics. We need an experience marketer that could deliver and present our services to out prospective client. In order to get the right marketer, we need the financial support that makes us more attractive to them.
We did receive claims from Meeicare and we just recently approve from Medeicaid, Aetna and two other insuracne network. Blue Cross Blue Shiled is under processing and we are expecting their approval in the next fe weeks.
