Description: We've identified 5 markets to pursue where demand for affordable housing outstrips supply, we have a manufacturer, and are working with local municipalities that would like to assist in our growth and solve their housing problem for teachers, fire fighters, police and other blue collar workers that commute to the job. We have also identified over $1B in opportunities, but need seed money to get the project under way.
