Description: “LiftJET”TM--First SAFE Vertical Take-Off Ultralight Personal Flyer PROJECT SUMMARY Requirement:  JV Partner Position In The Deal:  Principle Sector/Industry:  Technologies Project Location:  Summerland, British Columbia, Canada Project Description: Based on two new (patent-pending) technologies: 1) Aerodynamic, Slow-Descent System, 2) Dual-Vortex Lift & Propulsion--includes several Variants of a non-rotating Lifting-Disk, with considerably more lift-per-horsepower than a conventional rotor-system, and has numerous other applications; industrial pumps, household fans, wind-turbines, jet and rocket-thrust augmenters, marine variants, etc. The LiftJET is a revolutionary concept in Vertical Flight, powered by a very small, inexpensive gas engine. This one or two-place ultralight is highly maneuverable, and automatically provides a slow, parachute-like descent in the event of a loss-of-power. This safety factor is the key to low insurance rates and ease-of-introduction into the marketplace. The Inventor has nearly a half-century of aircraft-modeling, experience with ultralights, and is an Aviation Management Graduate, with a special focus on the history of General Aviation, and the Ultralight/Homebuilt Industry in particular. Proof-of-concept has been completed using scale models, and the project is ready to move on to the Advanced Testing and Prototype Design & Construction Stage. In both Offers, funds will be used to compensate the Investor ($200k) with the balance toward the development of a pre-production LiftJET Prototype. In Offer # 2, funds will be used as above, plus an amount necessary to complete the patent-process of the associated variant and subsidiary devices, and to initiate an exploitation/divestment review--but NOT to conduct physical research and development of those devices. In Offer # 1, The Inventor will be free to negotiate development of the non-LiftJET, subsidiary devices separately. Both Offers estimate minimum amounts necessary to complete the patent-process and for development of a prototype Flyer. However, interested parties are urged to consider even more robust investment levels, as this would be to the advantage of both parties by ensuring an \\\"on-time\\\" development schedule, and a more thorough exploitation of the subsidiary devices in the case of Offer #2. Note: Because the Inventor, of necessity had been working in secret and alone on the technical development of the LiftJET Project, organization of the business has only just started. The services of a top-flight business-development consulting agency have been retained--and it would also be advantageous to secure a J-V Partner experienced in the co-operative development of Early-Stage Start-Ups.
