Residential and commercial construction of ponds, display pools, water gardens. Architect on staff who files plans for clients (property owners) at the local Dept. of Buildings. After plans approved and necessary permits procured, 1099 (Local NYC) subcontractors are employed and coordinated under a site supervisor to complete phases of a project specific to the client's order. At job's completion, long-term maintenance contracts are established with the customer, which provide monthly revenue streams, similar to those of phone and cable companies, to maintain the pond or display pool.
