Description:
Developer of sports training products that acquired IP technology from previous owner. Currently has distribution with opportunity for exponential growth. Lack capital to expand market and introduce second generation and new products to mass, specialty and direct-to-consumer markets. Our products serve a growing global market and while we have distribution in retail it has been slowed because consumers don't know our products exist. To put it bluntly our sales and marketing to buyers is very successful but it out paces our consumer brand awareness campaign due in whole to a lack of capital. The result has and continues be that our products ship to new accounts but consumer product awareness lags miles behind.
With the 2008 Olympics soon to close our products growth possibilities have been underscored. The first generation product for basketball generated over $800,000.00 in revenue and with basketball's growth rising throughout the world, the new launch has the potential to generate over 15 million in sales less than 28 months after launch. The first product had unsolicited endorsements but the marketing strategy for the new product includes utilizing a professional basketball player with national and global appeal to make an immediate impact. The first generation product has a proven history and track record and after several years is still available from select retail. It is important to note that the first generation product hasn't been marketed or produced for over 5 years but still is known as the best training device available on the market. As a result introducing the SECOND GENERATION PRODUCT which includes off-the-chart design modifications and technological improvements means it won't face barriers to entry that most new products have.
