Description:
Small beach resort with 16 units and a 23 slip marina. Property has much potential as there is a large theme park opening in the next year and a half. Current owners are not managing it to its potential and pocketing most of the revenues. I have put together a business plan that I feel is very realistic.
Real Estate was appraised at $972,000.00 8 months ago in its current condition. Owners have to sell so they have accepted an offer of 635,000.00. Exterior needs to be finished as they current owners started renovating and ran out of funds so they stopped. My wife and I plan on living on the property to ensure it is managed properly.
