The Company and its partner companies have secured access to over $125 million in debt and mezzanine financing and based on the raise will secure a $110 million in co-financing. TFE intends to raise $25 Million in equity to co-finance, produce and acquire low budget genre entertainment projects (primarily Films) over a term of five years building a library of films, merchandise and ancillary that the Members will share ownership and profits in. TRUE FICTION ENTERTAINMENT through its partner, HandPicked Films has entered into a 25-picture deal with a major US studio to produce and distribute low budget genre pictures.
