ADG Group, Inc. is a New York corporation that opened its first sandwich shop PIADA serving authentic Italian sandwiches in the Lower East Side of Manhattan in late 2005. After reaching operative break-even in about 12 months and profits in the first 8 months of the current year the company developed a new business plan aimed to develop a chain of Piada stores in the United States. The business is highly scalable and can be easily replicated. The short-medium term goal is to open 3 new stores in Manhattan by the end of 2011. The management team of ADG Group is formed by 3 young Italian professionals in their early thirties who developed the concept and the start-up of the business from the ground up. We are currently looking for a business angel willing to finance the development of the second stage.
