Description:
After leaving the assisted living business for two years, I have re-entered the business with the purchase of an older 21 bed facility providing services to elderly and disabled.
It currently has 13 residents and needs the physical plant updated. I have already put in two new oil furnaces, some new equipment in kitchen, new hot water heater, and some small items.
