A bar and grill with the idea of unique home cooked food items such as exceptional-family secret marinated steaks, chicken, burgers and sish ka bobs. Great tasting made from scratch potatoe salad, coleslaw, soups, casseroles, and much more; all again family secret recipes.
The bar would have a cozy but fun northwoods look, with pine wood, old antiques hanging from the ceiling with a touch of cast iron or tuscany bronze fixtures. I have many favorable decorating ideas. The bar would also have an stage for a live band, pool tables and dart boards for dart league and flat screen tv.s for sports viewing. I would also have theme nights, drawings, contests, specials etc. And last but not least a very long list of shots that would be the bars specialty made by entertaining bartenders showing off their skills.
I have so many more ideas for my bar and grill and would appreciate any time from an investor willing to listen to them, for I am a better conversationalists, then a writer.
On a quick note - I have been an Asst. Manager - bartender for over 9 years and have learned many skills of running a buisness but willing to learn even more. This bar and grill has been my dream for years but I do need some help.
