I am interested in Purchasing homes to rehab/flip. Money is needed to Purchase properties as well as funding the rehabbing of said home. I then intend to resell homes to interested home buyers. Research is currently being done to see what the comps are for homes around the area I am wanting to purchase to see what a fair selling/buying price would be after repair have been completed. I do not have my own money to put down, profit would be shared with investor. I am looking to work with the 65%-70% rule. I plan to take out weekly draws to perform repairs on properties. The money I will borrow will include closing costs, attorney fees, Title company fees, Real Estate agent costs, points being charged on loan etc.
