I am starting a realestate company that also invests in real estate in other countries. I want to start in the Philippines, because the investment cost is less than the U.S. and the cities are very crowded with people always needing a place to live there. A nice apartment community there would make alot of money, because of the neeed for housing, as well as the Filipino people loving to have anything, or stay anywhere that is american, because they feel that it improves their status in society there to have american products or services.
