Single owner 1300 acre newly permitted Basalt mine. I am not the owner but have been offered 25% of the operation. We have the mining operator in place, all permits from the County and getting final sign-offs from the state. Have invested hundreds of thousands to this point and need capital to push it into full operation. Once operational the mine becomes worth 7-10 times it's current worth of $6 mil.
