We have a business that models one of the most successful businesses over the last 120 years. Our 2 core businesses emulate the ATT/Western Electric business model of merging telecommunications supply with service. American Teledata is looking for funding for (1) Immediate bridge capital to meet A/P obligations, (2) business expansion in building a shopping cart, (3) Capital to fund pay/salaries for ATEK Communications- the service side of the business and (4) funding for additional web designers to add a world class shopping cart , the remaining websites and product and service content.
Our proven technology enables our sites to be in the "top 5-10" on most key world searches on most search engines including Google for our telecommunication industry's most searched "key words".
We have 3 websites that create over 150,000 - 200,000 hits per day. Industry facts are that 7 (seven) out of 10 site visitors will leave the site if you do not have a shopping cart. We have to build a world class shopping casrt and support staff to support the anticipated $ 10-$40 million a year in shopping cart (URL removed) of our competitiors- (URL removed) invested in the shopping cart technology and now has $ 30-50 million in annual shopping cart sales. We do not have a cart and rank higher than our competitors- therefore we are seeking capital to expand and grow this business.
