Please allow me to tell you a little bit about our company. Castle Builders (IL) is a young evolving software company that specializes in the development of imaginative products for children. The company has developed a unique technology that allows a great deal of flexibility, interactivity and visibility for producing enhanced content. This wonderful editor, used for the creation of our apps, is drag-and-drop oriented and highly user friendly, and as it was developed in HTML5, it is compatible with every platform – including the iPad, iPhone, Android, PC, Mac and Microsoft's Windows 8.
I am approaching you as we are currently raising another round of 500,000 USD, in addition to the 375,000 USD we had raised during the course of the past 2 years. In addition, we partnered with distinguished companies such as DreamWorks Animation (Kung Fu Panda 2), Sony Pictures Animation (Hotel Transylvania), 20th Century Fox, Garfield (Paws), LazyTown and Hello Kitty (Sanrio) and launched award winning apps with them. We were successful in cultivating a very strong partnership with Microsoft, for whom we developed one of the most advanced HTML5 apps on their Win8 App Store. These app are highly popular on their App Store and were demonstrated on every tablet during the Discovery Windows 8 launch event. As a result, Microsoft has decided to invest 100,000 USD in our platform, along with Israel's Chief Scientist.
We have over 30 apps on the different app stores, out of which 90% have made it to the Top 20 Charts whereas one of our app had made it all the way up to the 2nd place on the US App Store, and to the 1st place on the Books category, thus passing iKindle, Barnes & Noble’s, Disney’s Toy Story, Marvel, DC Comics, Sesame St., Dr. Seuss, Facebook, Google Earth, CNN, NASA, and even Angry Birds. In addition, in 2 days it was elected by Apple, repeatedly, as #1 and #2 on their New & Noteworthy charts. As engaging and highly interactive these apps are, the most extraordinary thing about them is that they were created in 2 days, using our state-of-the-art technology.
The most important thing I would like to stress is that our platform is going to be a game-changer. Companies like Microsoft, Getty Images and Earnest & Young are highly involved both in the technological development and the business development of Castle Builders, in order to ensure a successful launch for this groundbreaking platform.
