Looking at several campgrounds. What I would like to do is start with one and buy it along with enough land to increase the revenue by adding additional sites. Most cmpgrounds cator to your average body. I would like to add a section that would cator to the super rich with the amenities they are use to having.
With todays job market most people are downsizing to try and keep above water. Most, or a great number are moving to the campground scene. I have done a detailed search of a great many grounds and found the most are full to over their max.
