Description:
ISDECO Enterprises, LLC is seeking US$300 million for its Global Aquaculture venture. ISDECO Aquaculture is a proposed multi-faceted indoor aquaculture venture with a diverse array of products and services, designed to fit within the overall ISDECO community development concept. A typical proposed ISDECO Aquaculture location may serve as any combination of aquaculture farm, aquaculture research and development facility, aquaculture training facility, community seafood market, or seafood restaurant; with in-house childcare facilities for employees. In addition, by-products of the aquaculture farming will result in spin-off ventures such as fertilizer production, aquaponic food farming, fish and animal feed production, and algae production for conversion to bio-fuel. This will all be done with minimal impacts to the environment. Most of the water is treated mechanically and biologically, and then re-circulated within the system, and most of the waste products are re-used. In addition, we incorporate building principles and technology that promote energy conservation and environmental sustainability. Our technology partners have unique, creative, proven processes developed from years of production experience in their relevant disciplines (see photographs of existing operations at the end of this document). Based on the currently available technology, we are capable of farming an assortment of both fresh-water and salt-water aquatic life, including tilapia, bass, sea-bream, salmon, snapper, catfish, scallops, oyster, shrimp, conchs, mussels, and squid.
