Description:
The Rok Athletic Performance Center will be a dynamic health fitness center which provides top-of-the-line weight training equipment, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Cardio Kickboxing and Yoga classes, as well as various holistic therapies such as massage therapy and chiropractic services. The Rok APC was founded by three individuals after having many lengthy discussions about how weight training, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and holistic therapies could be fused together to provide athletes and families with healthy lifestyle alternatives. Understanding how important consistent exercise is, along with consistent pre/post treatment, we decided to unify these activities and treatments in one place - The Rok Athletic Performance Center.
