I created this product, cheese puff, tested for nutritional contents, gluten, lactose, bacteria, life shell time. Also put together a list of machines and tools needed to start production, preparing the first batch production last november 2018, but had to halt production because of confidential agreement violation.
I was able to produce in less than 1 month 120,000.00 units with crew of 4 people, per my analysis and performance of my automatic cutter machine, I could achieve minimum production on a 8 hour shift 16000 units, 80,000.00 units per week and be able to increase within 4 months to 3000 units per hour after crew is more experienced.
However the production capacity can be increased rapidly by adding more personnel and another shift.
