Description: Business Description Management has designed GMB is to serve as a management company/owner for one or more Multifamily Apartments & Healthcare Facilities Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). GMB's immediate responsibility is to raise and manage owner finances for its current (Montclair Health) healthcare facility real estate project and the Multifamily Apartments project. On behalf of its Healthcare Facility REIT, it will conduct research into Healthcare Facilities real estate market trends, developmental solutions to environmental impact, and seek potential land acquisitions for future healthcare facilities development. GMB will contract with a related healthcare facilities real estate development company of Charles Bierman Home for the Aged (Senior Housing Project) to assume project development management responsibilities of its project now for sale. And, several multifamily apartment projects being reviewed. So that GMB may focus solely on financing, investor relations and project research, Mr. Birla has created Paper Weight3 Company (to be Montclair Health) to take over development management of these projects and future Healthcare Facilities REIT project, and GMB Research Consultants Inc. for multifamily apartments investment purchases. To establish initial working capital and to fund future Healthcare Facilities REITs, GMB is offering these shares to accredited investors and intends to claim an exemption from registration under Regulation D, Rule 506. GMB's goal is to raise $1,000,000.00 by the end of August 2011 to November 2011. Upon reaching twenty-five percent of its goal, or $250,000, GMB plans to set up the first of what it envisions to be several Healthcare Facilities REITs. Montclair Health Healthcare Facilities Real Estate Investment Trust (Montclair Health.) being the first of several. GMB plans to engage a securities offering for the first Healthcare Facility REIT, which will involve a private placement followed by an exchange listed registration which should thereby making the shares in the Healthcare Facilities REIT eligible for public trading. GMB, as the management company, plans to raise funds on behalf of the Healthcare Facility REIT for land acquisitions and pre-construction financing of urban renewal and urban infill healthcare facilities real estate projects. Thereafter, Montclair Health will reimburse GMB's loan for setup costs at 8.5 percent interest in installments or a lump sum with no pre-payment penalty. GMB will charge an annual fee, paid monthly, of 1.9 percent of total assets under management, and shall receive twenty percent (20%) of net profits for its management services to its Healthcare Facilities REITs. GMB then intends to register a public offering with the SEC and selected states under regulation SB-2 on Montclair Health's behalf the, 1st Healthcare Facilities REIT, and begin selling the shares for cash, healthcare facility real estate and healthcare facility real property in an effort to raise thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) through 2011 and 2012. Selling shares to the public should create further opportunities for shareholders. Just as GMB plans to create Montclair Health to focus on urban healthcare facilities real estate opportunities for its investments, it also endeavors to create and/or purchase and invest in other Multifamily apartments complexes that have suitable net operating income (NOI's), each with its own unique objective relating to the development, construction, and operation of Multifamily commercial real estate. All will employ double bottom-line investment strategies that GMB hopes will result in substantial financial benefits. The goal to invest in increasingly larger and more complex projects over wider geographical areas drives GMB's desire to research Multifamily and healthcare facilities real estate development opportunities in Essex County, and throughout Southern and Northern New Jersey, and South Florida United States, and Ohio.
