A group of 4 individuals who have accumulated and developed intellectual property and need to secure it immediately. An injection of engineering and patent funding would push the company past the idation and documentation into prototype and marketing. It has a conglomerate of technology tinkering centering around myself. The new device will be able to replace the entire automotive exhaust system and replace it with a single energy reutilization device that capitalizes on latent heat and pulsed pressure waves to replace the alternator and possibly the air conditioning unit as well. It has many military applications as well as civilian applications. This design bringings the cost down to the manufacturer, adds significant efficiency (a few MPG) and remainins an easy to replace device for aftermarket applications at the dealer, automotive repair and other venues. It is upgradable for performance vs economy. We are patriots and approached GM, Ford and Chrysler all of which said they do not accept outside ideas. We are about to approach Toyota and Honda but before we do we would like to have a working protoype for a Diesel tractor trailer and one for a gasoline passenger vehicle. We also need business development guidence from the seasoned investor and would like for them to come on board at least through first and second round funding.
