We are an exciting minority owned and operate business that focuses on customer service evaluations as it relates to the Hispanic community. There are thousands of customer service evaluation/mystery shopping companies in existence, but less than 1% are minority owned. I have worked at larger research companies for over 10 years and have closed deals with McDonald's, Krispy Kreme, Conoco Phillips, and most recently with Citibank. I have been forced to turn down opportunities with Wal-Mart, Target and Sears just to name a few. Our focus is not only personal; we intend to comprise our internal staff with only adults on public assistance. We will train and develop them ourselves. Come join us.
