Description: Independent Trucking Services is a transportation company designed to support the needs of owner operators in this industry. Here at I.T.S, we developed a system where our drivers can and will truly succeed. We have currently obtained our DOT Authority, which is a major plus. Driver are ready to operate under I.T.S authority, because they see and like what we have to offer. I currently need $35,000 to get started. The purpose for the $35,000, is to purchase General Liability and Cargo insurance for the four independent drivers that are going to operate under my authority. It's going to cost roughly $20,000 for the insurance and the other $15,000 is going to be used for advertising, travel, recruiting other independent drivers and other business expense that may occur in the first three months of opperation. I am confident in this business because, I have designed a system that is very very attractive to the independent truck driver. I can say this for many of reasons, but one of them being is I was an independent truck driver before and I know what they are looking for so I designed a system that no other trucking company is doing and another reasons is that I have a team of professionals in this industry that is going to put their expertise to work for my company at a very minimal fee. Please understand that every driver that operates under my authority, will have to sign a lease agreement and that the insurance premium is past down to them. The four drivers that are set to operate under my authority is aware of this agreement that has been set forth. I have already made the contacts with 8 shippers and a few brokers, the only thing that is holding the process up is the funds. There are three accounts receivable companies that are ready to receive my invoices and deposit cash into my account within 2 hours of receiving the invoices. I already have a business plan and know what and how I can compensate my investor and we can discuss that further to assure that both parties are satisfied.
