I originally moved to Newcastle upon Tyne to study Building Surveying at Northumbria University before diversifying into property development. I have developed and retained seven different developments including the conversion of a 30-bed care home into 20 apartments. I have a successful track record of borrowing millions from the banks along with borrowing £160,000 from an Isle of Man investor for my third development. £100,000.00 for my fifth development from an Italian investor and successfully repaying them both along with the bank at the age of 26 (I have now just turned 28) Whilst still retaining a £3.4million property portfolio and a clean credit rating in one of our history’s worst recessions.
