We started our journey back in July of 2013 after reading that the Florida Senate passed a bill called HB 623, which allows the sale of wine in reusable containers of 5.16 gallons. This law now allows wines now to be served via keg. It was from the passage of this law that this new and exciting wine pub concept was developed over the course of 8 months. We put together a team of highly skilled professionals in the culinary and legal field,and the result was a comprehensive 24 page Senior Secured Convertible Debt Offering with Equity Conversion Rights. The Debt Offering will fund a minimum of one restaurant to a maximum of four. Each team member is highly skilled in their own particular area of expertise. Executive Chef Mark Heimann is our corporate chef. Mark is the Executive Chef at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida. Certified Sommelier Sebastian Ruggieri is the sommelier for the Napa River Wine Pub. James M. Anderson is our Compliance Officer who will be in charge of overseeing all legal matters. As a retired securities attorney he will oversee all legal matters including franchising opportunities for accredited investors.
